Fukuoka and Okinawa Roadshow

This 4-day roadshow runs two client events of 80 to 200 guests, one in Fukuoka and one in Naha, linked by a direct flight of about 1 hour 45 minutes. A team of 10 to 30 is based in Tenjin at ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL, which also hosts the event, then in Naha at SOUTHGATE HOTEL OKINAWA, opened in May 2026 and 11 minutes from the airport. We handle venues, bilingual invitations, interpretation, equipment transport and client dinners in both cities.

Budget

From €2,600 per team member, excluding international flights

Indicative rate per team member based on 15 people in single rooms, 3 nights (2 in Fukuoka, 1 in Naha), Fukuoka–Naha flight included. Event costs (venues, guest catering, AV, interpretation, invitations, client dinners) are quoted separately according to guest numbers, usually from €150 per guest per stop. Not included: international flights, international equipment freight. Typhoons can disrupt flights to Okinawa from August to October and the rainy season there runs roughly from mid-May to late June: we hold an option on an earlier flight and a backup plan for the Naha stop.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the flight between Fukuoka and Naha?

About 1 hour 45 minutes gate to gate from Fukuoka, slightly less the other way. Around twenty direct flights a day are operated by ANA, JAL, Skymark and Peach. Both airports are close to the center (about 11 minutes in each city), so a city change takes half a day.

How is equipment moved between the two cities?

Road and sea transport between Kyushu and Okinawa takes several days. For a tight schedule, we ship equipment by air freight on the evening of the Fukuoka event, or send a second set of materials to Naha in advance. Laptops and sensitive items travel with the team.

Why hold the event in the team's hotel?

It removes transfers between hotel and venue, makes setup the day before easier and lets the team rest between sessions. As SOUTHGATE HOTEL OKINAWA opened in May 2026, we plan a dedicated technical site visit; the Okinawa Harborview Hotel, experienced with large events, is the alternative.

Can a third stop be added?

Yes. Osaka is about 2.5 hours by Shinkansen from Hakata and Tokyo about 2.5 hours by air from Naha. A 6-day Tokyo–Fukuoka–Naha format is common to cover the national market and southern Japan.
