Our role: making corporate Japan simple and reliable
Japan is a demanding destination for a foreign company. The language, business etiquette, distances between cities, a highly segmented hotel market and restaurants that are often hard to book for groups make planning more complex than elsewhere.
Our job is to absorb that complexity for you. You share your objectives, audience and indicative budget; we return a clear, costed and realistic program, then deliver it on the ground.
- Program design and content
- Selection and negotiation of hotels, venues and restaurants
- Transportation: Shinkansen, JR lines, private coaches, airport transfers
- 24/7 on-site coordination in English, French and Japanese
Since 2005: experience built on the ground
Established in 2005, our company has worked through the major shifts of the Japanese MICE market: the rise of Osaka and Fukuoka, the renewal of Tokyo's hotel offer and the return of international groups after 2022.
This continuity lets us anticipate what brochures leave out: the periods when hotels fill up, the restaurants that genuinely accept groups, transfer times at rush hour, or the best way to move 80 participants and their luggage from Tokyo to Kyoto by Shinkansen.
A trilingual English, French and Japanese team
Our project managers work in English, French and Japanese. In practice, you have a single point of contact who understands your expectations in your language and relays them accurately to Japanese hotels, restaurants, technical suppliers and partners.
- Briefs, proposals and roadbooks in your participants' language
- Direct negotiation with suppliers in Japanese
- Consecutive or simultaneous interpreters for plenaries and business meetings
- Cultural briefing for participants: meishi exchange, punctuality, dining etiquette
Tokyo as a base, a network across five destinations
Our team is based in Tokyo. In Kyoto, Osaka, Fukuoka and Okinawa, we work with trusted local partners: guides, transport companies, event venues, caterers and hotels we operate with regularly.
- Tokyo: plenaries, launches, seminars, corporate evenings
- Kyoto: executive committees, cultural experiences, ryokan
- Osaka: conventions, food culture, fast access via KIX
- Fukuoka: a compact alternative with the airport minutes from downtown
- Okinawa: beach incentives and resorts
From a 30-person board meeting to a 500-participant convention
We scale our setup to the size and stakes of each group. A 30-person executive committee requires discretion, private venues and invisible logistics. A 500-participant convention calls for room blocks across several hotels, timed transfers, technical production and a structured hospitality team.
In both cases the method is the same: a shared timeline, a transparent budget with indicative ranges, site inspections when useful and on-site coordination reachable at any hour.
Our commitments
- Verified information: capacities, travel times and conditions are confirmed with suppliers before we present them
- Budgets that are always indicative and explained, never misleading headline prices
- A reply to every brief within 48 business hours
- A single point of contact from the first call until participants fly home
- Respect for Japanese customs, so your participants are welcomed as honored guests
