From €2,900 per person, excluding flights
Indicative rate based on 80 participants in double rooms: 2 nights at a 5-star city hotel and 1 night at THE LUIGANS Spa & Resort (98 rooms, so room sharing is required above about 90 guests). Included: transfers, boat crossing, guides, yatai challenge, ryotei dinner with geigi, gala with AV and taiko, staff. Not included: flights, drinks beyond packages, optional activities. Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to reach THE LUIGANS from central Fukuoka?
About 30 to 40 minutes by coach from Hakata or Tenjin depending on traffic, or about 20 minutes by boat from Bayside Place Hakata or Momochi. We favor the boat on the way out for the arrival effect, with the coach as a backup if the sea is rough.
Can the yatai host a group of 120?
Not all at once: each stall seats about ten. We split the group into teams of 6 to 8, stagger visits across several stalls and plan a shared final venue. Yatai may close in bad weather, hence the covered backup route.
What is the best season for this incentive?
March to May and October to late November give the most stable conditions for the crossing and outdoor activities. The rainy season runs roughly from early June to mid-July, summer is hot and humid, and typhoons can reach Kyushu in August and September.
Can this program be combined with Kyoto or Osaka?
Yes. The Shinkansen links Hakata to Shin-Osaka in about 2.5 hours and to Kyoto in about 2 hours 45 minutes. A 6-day format with 2 extra nights in Kyoto or Osaka is common for groups coming from Europe.
