Frequently asked questions

Is Toranomon Hills Forum suitable for 600 people?

Yes. The Forum offers about 3,300 m² of column-free space and up to 792 theater-style, enough for a 600-person keynote plus separate demo zones. Beyond that, we look at Tokyo International Forum or Takanawa Gateway.

How do you handle the Japanese press?

We work with your PR agency or a partner agency in Tokyo: invitations, accreditation, embargo, a bilingual press kit and interpreters for interviews. The press conference runs in a separate room from the keynote to keep a media-friendly format.

Which hotels for a 300-room block?

The Okura Tokyo, 10 minutes on foot from the Forum, usually takes the bulk of the group and the gala. Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi and ANA InterContinental Tokyo in Akasaka complete the block, under 10 minutes away by car.

How much lead time does a Tokyo launch need?

Allow 9 to 12 months for a 300 to 600-person event, and 12 to 18 months for spring or autumn dates. Restaurants such as Apothéose can only be booked out subject to availability and close on Sundays and Mondays.
