The menu

Classic Italian cooking with regional Japanese produce: 4- to 6-course lunches, 7- to 8-course dinners (Japanese Black wagyu as the main of the seasonal course) and a 7-course party plan with free-flow drinks. A strong natural wine list, seasonal afternoon tea and a happy hour; allergy requests are handled.

3-Day Product Launch in Tokyo

This 3-day program stages a product launch or customer event in Toranomon and Azabudai Hills, Tokyo's new business district 25 minutes from Haneda. Keynote and demo zones at Toranomon Hills Forum (up to 792 theater-style), a press conference, dinners spread across TOKYO NODE DINING, Apothéose and the Azabudai Hills tables, then a gala in the Heian Room of The Okura Tokyo. The format works for 100 to 600 guests: clients, press and partners.

A French fine-dining restaurant on the 49th floor of Toranomon Hills Station Tower, within TOKYO NODE. Chef Keita Kitamura, who trained for eight years under Yoshihiro Narisawa before leading several Paris kitchens (including ERH, starred in 2019), opened it in 2023 on his return to Japan. His cooking applies French technique to produce sourced directly from growers across Japan, through a single menu adjusted daily.
