Frequently asked questions

Can meetings with Japanese companies be arranged?

We coordinate meetings with your existing contacts and submit company or site visit requests subject to availability. Japanese companies respond better to a formal request in Japanese, sent 2 to 3 months in advance with a clear purpose for the meeting.

Can the program be adjusted during the trip?

Yes. A dedicated coordinator travels with the group and adjusts timings, vehicles and bookings in real time. Private transfers and rooms reserved for the whole stay provide genuine flexibility.

Should we bring gifts for business meetings?

It is recommended for first meetings: a well-presented gift representing your country or company, offered at the end of the meeting. We advise on choice, wrapping and protocol during the opening briefing.

Can Osaka be included in the program?

Yes. Osaka is about 15 minutes from Kyoto by Shinkansen, so a half-day of meetings or a site visit can easily be added, with final departure from Kansai International Airport.
