Corporate use
A rare experience for a very small executive committee: seven counter seats, which can be booked exclusively for 4 to 8 guests by asking the restaurant directly. Lunch is also arranged by phone. Book well in advance.
Private rooms & private hire
No private room: a seven-seat counter, reached through an entrance set with Joseon-era Korean furniture and Ming stone lions. Exclusive use is possible for 4 to 8 guests.
The menu
A single kaiseki course that changes monthly, built on dashi and delicate seasoning: aemono, two cold starters, a soup in a lacquer bowl, a simmered dish and more, served on antique (as far back as the Ming dynasty) and contemporary tableware. Twelve to fifteen seasonal sakes. No strong perfume; guests from junior-high age.
