Corporate use
A distinctive address for a small executive dinner away from the tourist districts: only six seats, served as a single seating, with a waiting area for early arrivals. Parties of five or more must book by phone; we reserve several months ahead.
Private rooms & private hire
No private room: six seats in total in a room designed by architect Toru Kijima, with a waiting area. A party of five or six effectively has the room to itself.
The menu
A single ten-course omakase, lunch and dinner, cooked by a chef with 35 years in Japanese cuisine and changed every month. In winter and early spring, game such as bear and duck is grilled over binchotan charcoal. A wide sake list, including the Kokuryu ESHIKOTO series by the glass, gō or bottle, plus shochu and Japanese whisky.
