Frequently asked questions
How are group luggage handled on the Shinkansen?
We ship suitcases by courier the day before, directly to the Kyoto hotel. On the Tokaido Shinkansen, oversized luggage requires a specific seat reservation anyway. Guests travel with a light bag and the station-to-hotel transfer is much faster.
What is the best season for a Tokyo-Kyoto incentive?
March-April and October-November offer the best weather, but also the highest prices and crowds in Kyoto. May, early June and late November to early December are excellent compromises. Summer is hot and humid, so outdoor activities need to be lighter.
Can we book a temple in Kyoto exclusively for the group?
Some temples accept private access outside opening hours or reserved halls for a tea ceremony or meditation, on request and depending on their religious calendar. Conditions vary by site and we confirm them case by case.
Can partners join the trip?
Yes, the program is designed to include them. If a business session is added, we run a parallel program such as a cooking class, a neighborhood tour or guided shopping.
