The menu
Seven-dish set menus built around motsunabe (miso, soy or mizutaki-style) with Kumamoto horse sashimi, vinegared sumotsu tripe or beef-tendon stew, with or without 90-minute free-flow drinks. A wide choice of Kyushu shochu. The restaurant publishes allergen information; the menu is hard for vegetarians.
