Corporate use
A spot for small groups of 6 to 8 in the evening, ideal for vegetarian participants or anyone wanting something lighter between richer dinners. For larger groups we split guests across several time slots or several Ebisu addresses.
Private rooms & private hire
No private room advertised: a warm neighborhood room styled like an old tofu shop, with an on-site tofu workshop and a shop at the entrance. Groups of 6 to 8 are seated in the main room.
The menu
Tofu made daily on site from non-GMO Miyagi Shirome soybeans, without defoaming agents. At lunch, tofu-based set meals (mapo, kara-age, simmered beef); in the evening, small plates inspired by Hong Kong, Taiwan and Korea, tofu hot pots and an omakase course from 2 guests, with natural wines and shochu. Several dishes contain meat, fish or broth, so we flag vegetarians in advance.
