Corporate use

Private rooms, where a chef cooks in front of the group, suit executive dinners and VIP clients. A spectacular yet reassuring format for guests new to Japan; we confirm room capacity and menu in advance.

Private rooms & private hire

Several private rooms, each designed differently and fitted with its own teppan griddle and dedicated chef; adjoining rooms can be joined for up to 21 guests. Rooms are booked from 4 guests, while the circular counter is for parties of 1 to 3. Dessert is served in a separate dessert room.

The menu

French-influenced teppanyaki courses built around top-grade Japanese Black wagyu, with seasonal seafood and vegetables; coffee and dessert in a separate lounge. Everyone at a table takes the same course, booked at least three days ahead (from 2 guests). The restaurant states it cannot adapt dishes for allergies or dislikes; mainly French wine list and a pairing option.
