Frequently asked questions

Why choose Kyoto for an executive committee?

Kyoto combines intimate luxury hotels, discreet meeting rooms and a heritage that encourages perspective. The city is quieter than Tokyo in the evening, and its private experiences (gardens, tea, artisans) directly support deep reflection.

Is the confidentiality of discussions ensured?

We book private, non-shared rooms, restrict access to essential staff only and have interpreters and facilitators sign a non-disclosure agreement at the client's request.

Can we book renowned restaurants for the group?

For 8 to 12 guests, private rooms at leading kaiseki houses are often accessible, on request and subject to availability. For larger groups, we split the party or arrange a private dinner at the hotel with a guest chef.

How long does it take to organize a Kyoto retreat?

Three to six months is enough outside peak season. For April or November, allow nine to twelve months, especially for luxury hotels and private temple access.
