The signature dinner of an executive retreat in Kyoto, in a private tatami room. We brief participants on ryotei etiquette (dress, flow, shoes) and handle dietary needs in advance; booking several months ahead, subject to availability.

Private rooms & private hire

Ten tatami rooms over two floors for 2 to 40 guests; the largest room suits an executive dinner at a single gathering. Specific rooms are not assigned at booking.

The menu

A single-sitting seasonal kaiseki whose menu changes every month (the monthly menu is posted online). Shorter courses at lunch and dinner, then full courses up to the most elaborate. Dietary needs and allergies should be flagged at booking.
