Corporate use
One of the few central Kyoto venues able to host a large group dinner in a traditional setting: banquets for up to 88 (the maximum stated by the restaurant), and rooms for 20 to 40 for sub-groups. Full buyouts are not offered, but the banquet hall provides genuine privacy.
Private rooms & private hire
458 seats in total across tatami and table rooms around the garden; the largest banquet seats 88 guests. Even a table booking may be seated in a private room depending on availability.
The menu
"Utage" banquet menus by reservation: seasonal kaiseki (appetisers, sashimi, main dish, tempura, sushi, dessert) in six tiers, and Kobe beef sukiyaki kaiseki in three tiers. Each comes with an all-you-can-drink option. A maiko performance can be added to the banquet on request.

Japan Video Games Tour: Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka in 5 Days
This 5-day incentive follows the thread of Japanese video games from Tokyo to Osaka, by way of Kyoto, Nintendo's home town. It combines a talk with a Japanese industry professional, the gaming floor of Shibuya Parco, game centres, a retro stop in Akihabara, an inter-team esports tournament, a game-soundtrack karaoke night and a day at Super Nintendo World before a gala evening in Osaka. Built for 20 to 100 people from a publisher, a studio, a tech company or an esports team.
From €3,900 per person, excluding flights

4-Day Kyoto and Nara Cultural Incentive
This 4-day Kyoto-based incentive has guests practice Japanese culture rather than watch it: kimono dressing in Higashiyama, artisan workshops (ceramics, yuzen dyeing, kintsugi) and zazen with a monk. A day in Nara, about an hour away by coach, covers Tōdai-ji, the deer park and a kaiseki lunch at Kikusuiro, an 1891 ryotei facing the first torii of Kasuga Taisha. The stay closes with a gala dinner with maiko at The Sodoh Higashiyama, for 20 to 100 participants.
