Frequently asked questions

Are company visits guaranteed?

No. Company and showroom visits depend on each company's approval and schedule. We submit requests 2 to 3 months in advance with the group profile and offer equivalent alternatives if a request is declined.

What group size works for a company visit in Japan?

Most sites host 15 to 30 people per visit. For larger groups, we split participants into themed tracks that reconvene for a joint debrief.

Do we need an interpreter for the visits?

Yes, in most cases. Even when the host speaks English, a Japanese-English consecutive interpreter enables more precise exchanges, especially on technical questions. French interpretation is available on request.

Which Tokyo districts suit a tech seminar?

Toranomon and Shibuya host many innovation spaces and startup offices, Marunouchi the headquarters of large corporations, and Odaiba several showrooms. A hotel in Toranomon or Roppongi keeps travel time between these hubs short.
