Corporate use
An easy high-altitude lunch stop for a whole group: Hakuba Deli's capacity absorbs 50 to 150 people, skiers and non-skiers meet in the same place, and the Mountain Harbor terrace provides the group photo facing the Northern Alps. It is a self-service venue, not a privatized table: we book a group meal or vouchers with the operator and plan to arrive before the midday peak at weekends and in Japanese holidays. Access is by gondola (10-seat cabins, about 2,460 people an hour); in strong wind or storms the gondola can stop, in which case we move lunch to the base. Lunch only, 10:00 am to 2:30 pm; 10 minutes from the Happo hotels, 25 minutes from Hakuba Norikura.
Private rooms & private hire
No private room: Hakuba Deli is a large self-service hall of about 312 seats, complemented by the Sky Ark Deck Café terrace and the Hakuba Mountain Harbor viewing terrace.
The menu
Daily plate of Shinshu vegetables, "Hakuba Sanzan" hashed beef rice, rice bowl of the day, daily salad, fries and karaage, cake of the day and draft beer; children's plate. The menu changes with supply; The City Bakery operates at Mountain Harbor.
