MICE strengths

  • Sakura Hall: 417 m², 5.8 m ceiling, 440 theater-style, divisible into two rooms of about 208 m², movable stage and screen
  • The Mark Room (272 m², 288 theater-style) and The Grand Room (250 m², 253 theater-style), each with an open kitchen
  • Six breakout rooms on the 5th floor (47 to 107 m²) for workshops
  • Dedicated internet line for web conferences and hybrid events
  • 127-space car park and Shinkansen access via Omiya

Why choose it

A more affordable alternative to central Tokyo for a 200 to 400-person convention or seminar, with every room under one roof and easy access to JR and northern Shinkansen lines.

Possible limits

Outside central Tokyo, so plan transfers for city visits. The hotel does not publish its room count; check allotments for large groups. Weekends are in high demand for weddings, and the banquet office only answers on weekdays.

Airport

Haneda and Narita: no direct link; train via Tokyo or Ueno, then JR Keihin-Tohoku, Utsunomiya or Takasaki lines to Saitama-Shintoshin. Private coach transfers recommended for groups.

Station

About 7 minutes on foot from Saitama-Shintoshin and Yono stations (JR), 10 minutes by taxi from Omiya (Tohoku, Hokuriku and Joetsu Shinkansen).

Indicative budget

€€Rates are only shown in online booking; clearly below central Tokyo hotels. Party packages from ¥7,800 per person (seasonal offers).
