MICE strengths

  • Only 23 rooms: a full buy-out is realistic for an executive committee or a small incentive
  • A private hot-spring bath in every room, plus a large bath with sauna and outdoor rest area
  • All-inclusive rate (meals, sake, wine, lounge bar) keeps the per-person budget simple
  • Dinner at an open-kitchen counter, with tables and private rooms for small groups
  • Rooms of up to 89 m² sleeping up to 6 for shared team stays

Why choose it

For a leadership retreat or an incentive of 20 to 40 guests in Hakone, in a private-residence setting with in-room onsen and an all-inclusive budget that is easy to control.

Possible limits

Opening on 30 October 2026 (postponed from 30 August), so no track record yet. No dedicated meeting room: work sessions take place in the lounge by arrangement with the hotel, or at a nearby venue. Children from age 6. No direct airport link.

Airport

Haneda: by car on the Tomei Expressway to Atsugi IC, then about 60 minutes. By train: Shinkansen to Odawara, then the Hakone Tozan Line to Gōra. Private coach from Tokyo or Haneda recommended for groups.

Station

7 minutes on foot from Gōra Station (Hakone Tozan Line), with a hotel shuttle. By car: about 30 minutes from Gotemba IC, free parking.
