The house buys whole animals among the black cattle born and raised in the Sakishima islands (Ishigaki and Misaki beef) and selects A4 and A5 grades, which lets it offer rare cuts; lightly seared beef nigiri is its signature. A high-ceilinged main hall with sunken horigotatsu seating throughout, and nine private rooms for 4 to 10, some opening onto the garden.
