Corporate use

An alternative to Mouriya when the group wants a closed room: the teppanyaki room, with its own chef, takes 4 to 8 guests, and two more rooms host the seiro-mushi or shabu-shabu courses. The 'Hyogo growers' angle works well for telling the local food story to international guests. For a larger group we combine room, counter and hall, or split the group between several Sannomiya addresses.

Private rooms & private hire

One teppanyaki room with a dedicated chef and two rooms for seiro-mushi / shabu-shabu courses, each for 4 to 8 guests (2 hours at lunch, 2.5 hours at dinner). The teppanyaki room must be booked by the day before. The rest of the restaurant comprises the main counter, a table hall and a dessert lounge.

The menu

Kobe beef teppanyaki courses (round or sirloin, 80 to 150 g) with seasonal soup, salad, grilled Hyogo vegetables, rice and dessert, optionally with fish or foie gras. In the hall, steak plates, seiro-mushi (beef and vegetables steamed in a basket) and shabu-shabu, the latter two from two guests. Wine, sake, whisky and house cocktails.
