The sukiya-style main building is a registered cultural property; the Mizukagami no Ma hall and its water courtyard were designed in 1971 by architect Yoshiro Taniguchi. Japanese and foreign statesmen have dined here, and the G20 foreign ministers' dinner was held here in 2019. Seasonal kaiseki is served in private rooms for 2 to 20, most with chair seating.
