The signature bar on the 24th floor of The Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka, in Fukuoka Daimyo Garden City. A design inspired by the ships of Hakata Bay, an open-air terrace facing the sunset, a DJ every evening, house cocktails and charcoal-grilled small plates using Kyushu produce.

The original branch of the Ooyama chain, a Fukuoka benchmark for motsunabe. Guests enter through a small lantern-lit lane; 180 seats over three floors, all at horigotatsu tables.
