Its key strength is a direct station connection, one stop from the Shinagawa Shinkansen hub and about 20 minutes from Haneda. It pairs naturally with the large Prince hotels in Shinagawa and Takanawa for accommodation.
Connected to JR Takanawa Gateway Station (Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku Lines), one stop from Shinagawa (Shinkansen, Keikyu Line to Haneda). Haneda Airport is about 20–25 minutes away.
