The menu

Eight counters: grilled meat (Oniku-ya Yoshimi), poke bowls, the Yebisu Bar for draught beer, an Italian bistro (Bistro Aki), salads (With Green), a standing bar, egg dishes (Tamago to Watashi) and Tavery Walker. Guests order at each counter and share tables, which makes mixed dietary needs easy.

Fukuoka Startup Study Tour

This 3-day study tour introduces 15 to 60 participants to the startup ecosystem of Fukuoka, a city that declared itself a "Startup City" in 2012 and became a National Strategic Special Zone in 2014. The program combines a visit to Fukuoka Growth Next, housed in the former Daimyo Elementary School, a session at Engineer Cafe, company visits and two facilitated workshops. Everything sits within a 15-minute walk of Tenjin, 11 minutes by subway from the airport.

The hall is self-service with no hall-wide booking; for groups we favour off-peak times (after lunch, before 6pm) and send a host.

What are the opening hours?

11am to 11pm (last food order 10pm, drinks 10:30pm); some counters keep different hours.

Is it suitable for special diets?

Each guest picks a counter (salads, poke, meat, Italian), which helps a group with varied diets; allergens should be checked with each outlet.

How far is it from ONE FUKUOKA HOTEL?

The original branch of the Ooyama chain, a Fukuoka benchmark for motsunabe. Guests enter through a small lantern-lit lane; 180 seats over three floors, all at horigotatsu tables. The motsunabe, made only with wagyu small intestine, comes in miso, soy or mizutaki-style broth and ends with champon noodles.
