- Duration
- 2 to 3 hours
- Group size
- 20–300 pax
- Cities
- Okinawa
Participants are split into teams of 8 to 12, each with its own color and captain, then move through a series of short challenges on the sand: relays, tug of war, simplified beach volleyball, blindfold courses, collective building tasks and an Okinawa quiz. Some challenges draw on local culture, such as learning an eisa rhythm (traditional drum dance) or a task based on shisa, the island's guardian figures. A scoreboard follows the competition through to the prize-giving.
The format is simple, inclusive and adaptable. Each challenge calls on different strengths (speed, strategy, creativity, communication), so everyone can contribute. For large groups, several stations run in parallel to limit waiting. We adjust the physical intensity so that all profiles can take part.
The activity usually takes place on your resort's own beach in Onna, Chatan or the Nago area, which avoids transfers. It leads naturally into sunset drinks or a beach barbecue dinner.

Frequently asked questions
Are the beach games suitable for all ages and fitness levels?
Yes. Challenges alternate between physical, strategic and creative tasks, and each team decides who takes on which one. The intensity is adjusted to the group's profile.
Can the beach games take place on our hotel's beach?
At most west-coast resorts, yes, with the hotel's approval and sometimes a space-use fee. We handle the request and coordination with the resort team.
What is the best season?
April to June and October to November offer pleasant temperatures and less typhoon risk. Summer is still possible, with timings adapted to the heat.
