The sunset dinner of an incentive on the west coast: The Grill hosts group dinners for up to 200, including the 44-seat terrace facing the beach. The three-tier barbecue courses work well as a single menu for the whole group. The restaurant normally closes on Mondays and Thursdays, but opening days can be adjusted for a group. Best for a group staying at the Sheraton; from Naha allow about an hour by coach.

The menu
Three barbecue courses: Shimanchu (meat and vegetables), Uminchu (adding seafood) and Kugani (wagyu and premium seafood). Also a grill course where guests pick two mains out of ten (Japanese beef, Agu pork, local fish), a Caesar salad finished at the table and sharing pieces: a 1.2 kg tomahawk, T-bone and a seafood platter.
